Gwent is a digital card game set in the universe of The Witcher made in Unity. It sets itself apart from others CCGs by its system based on accumulating points rather than fighting the opponent directly. Furthermore, the game requires to win 2 rounds out of 3 played, encouraging players to be thoughtful and strategic in how they use their resources.


I joined the project during its live cycle in October 2020 as a Gameplayer Designer.

My work includes:

  • Designing new cards for the expansion and balancing existing ones through monthly patches.
  • Observing the metagame through community sentiment and data analysis.
  • Taking technical ownership for the design team (cards’ implementation & communication with programers)
